Practical Tips Guiding You From Casual Lifter To Athlete.

Every Saturday morning, you'll get an actionable tip to train smarter, move better, and get stronger in less than 4 minutes.

By the time most athletes start their off-season, our athletes have already gained 5–12 lbs of lean mass.

They're stronger, more powerful, and ahead of the curve. Before the real work has even begun.

Here's exactly what we did over the last 8 weeks to get those results.

The problem we had to solve first

A lot of athletes come off the season in rough shape.

The season takes everything from you. Games, practices, travel, bad sleep, inconsistent food. By the end, most athletes have lost muscle, lost weight, and lost the foundation they built the previous summer.

So before we chase more speed or power, we have to rebuild that foundation again.

What we ran for the last 8 weeks

We ran a hypertrophy block. It's simple, focused, and built around one goal: rebuild what the season took.

~65% of 1-rep max. 8–12 reps. Working both the upper and lower body.

The goal wasn't to get big. It was to put the lean mass back on the frame that they had lost, so we had something to build on.

More lean mass means we have more to work with when the real off-season training starts.

That's the phase most athletes skip.

What starts July 1

Now that the foundation is there, we shift into Phase 1 of the Triphasic — the eccentric phase.

Heavy compound lifts with a slow 5-10 second lowering part of every lift.

The goal is to teach that new lean mass to resist force, withstand it, and redirect it.

That's where real power comes from.

Athletes who skipped the rebuild step, hit July without enough tissue, without enough capacity, and with a ceiling on how strong and explosive they can get this summer.

That's why 98% of athletes waste their first few weeks of the off-season just trying to get back to where they were.

A quick breakdown of Triphasic training

If you're not familiar with triphasic training yet. Every movement has three phases — eccentric (lowering), isometric (pause), and concentric (explosion).

Most athletes only train the concentric. They push, pull, and jump, but never slow down long enough to build real strength in the phases that matter most.

Triphasic training isolates each phase for 2 weeks and develops them one at a time.

Eccentric first. Then isometric. Then concentric.

By the time you put it all together, your body produces force faster, absorbs contact better, and moves with more power than athletes who just "train hard."

Want to run the same program?

For the next 8 weeks starting July 1st, our athletes are following our Off-Season Program.

If you want to follow the same program, you can grab the program below.

The Off-Season Program

This is the best program we've ever put online. You'll be a completely different player next season.

Hope this helps.
